Stress at work is a major concern for many people, as we deal with cranky bosses, co-workers, customers, etc. Many of us are overworked and underpaid. And in the midst of a slow economy and a scarce job market, this issue is even more pronounced.

So the question is how does one deal with stress? There are many answers if you are willing to seek them and put them to use. The key here is putting them to use. For example, why read a self help book if you are not going to put the concepts into practice?

Stress relief works when you consciously do what needs to be done. You will be much happier!
