We all need support and stability in all areas of our lives. In order to have that, we need to establish solid foundations. A foundation is a base or platform that we are always building on and re-building on. Solid foundations give us strength, protection, and sustenance. They help us to survive and to thrive. This is especially necessary during this time of great global transformation and stress.

The best place to start is right where you are, and then work your way from there. Begin with yourself in the present moment. Develop personal strength and groundedness. Take good care of your well-being physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Remember to balance all these parts of yourself.

Make sure that your home environment is in order. Create a comfortable and nurturing atmosphere for yourself. Develop a wide support system. Establish healthy relationships with different people who can provide different perspectives, support, and encouragement. Listen well and communicate well with others. Be sure to be supportive of others in return.

Be frugal with your money. Make sure that all your basic needs are taken care of before spending on any unnecessary items. Put money aside for emergency situations and for the future.

Remember what is most important in your life and what your priorities are. Stick to your goals, and try not to get off track. Be organized, responsible, and reliable. These are just some of the basics of building a strong foundation. There is always more to learn.
