Habit Formation

Posted on: September 13, 2013

As we grow up, patterns are easily created and formed. We learn what we see, hear, and feel in our experiences. And the way that we integrate different habits within ourselves depends on our individual personalities.

We all have our routine ways of thinking, reacting, and behaving. And the habits we practice have an impact all aspects of our lives.

Some of us never question our habits and live completely by routine. Some of us question our habits, but do not do more than that. And then some of us question our habits and make decisions about whether they are useful or not.

If you are content, and everything in life is going well, there is no need to question. However, if you feel any discontent, and there are challenges in life, questioning is a useful habit.
