Knowing yourself is a principal aspect of personal development and professional accomplishment. The better you know yourself, the more control you have over yourself and your life.

The more self-awareness you have, the more effective you are and the more you can accomplish. But what exactly is self-awareness?

We all like to think we know ourselves well. However, there are different levels of personal consciousness. How often do you really consider your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors?

When you are continuously cognitive of who you are, in relation to others and your surroundings, you are able to make better decisions and take better actions.
