Limiting stress in your life involves having appropriate boundaries and a sense of detachment. You have to know when to back off and when to let go.
Be aware of your physical and mental feelings. When the going gets rough, do not push against the situation. Too much sensory overload is not good. Recognize when to relax and step aside. Never let a difficult situation pull you into imbalance or confusion. Breath and stay centered.
