When you do things consciously and deliberately, you are better able to keep track of your tasks. When you stay focused on your goals, you are better able to stay on track.

Follow your plan and observe your progress. Are you getting things done and meeting your deadlines?

By doing a daily inventory, you know what you have accomplished and how you are moving ahead.

Keep track, and stay on track.
