Make a Do Not Do List

The power of positive thinking suggests that we focus on being optimistic. This is a useful goal, but first we have to know what to change.

In order to make an improvement, you have to recognize what the problem is. You have to know the difference between what you want and what you do not want.

What do you need to be aware of so that you can have the circumstances you want? What is on your do not do list?
