Never make mistakes, and everything will be perfect. Or will it be?
How would you know the difference between what works and what does not work?
Mistakes are part of the learning process. They teach us what not to do. They also give us incentive to do better.
Mistakes lead us to growth and progress.
It is not that we should not make mistakes. It is that we should not let them hold us back.
There are many thoughts and theories about the purpose of life. But the main purpose of life is simply to live.
Beyond that, you create your own purpose in the world. If you do not know what your purpose is, it is because you do not know what you want.
If you do not know what you want, it is because you are hesitant to make a choice.
It is your choice to have a specific purpose in life.
Relapse prevention is not just for addicts. Preventive measures apply to all aspects of life.
Anyone who wants to make changes that lead to self-improvements, has to be patient with the process.

Boundaries are not the same as barriers. A boundary is a limit or a personal space. A barrier is a defense or a form of resistance.

Know what your limits are and know what your resistances are. When you are aware of the difference between the two, you have more balance in your life.
By building your boundaries and overcoming your barriers, you will achieve more life success.
The position you are in right now is the starting point for the next position.

And never miss your period
Of course there is a difference between what you need and what you want. In essence, we do not really need much. Just healthy food, water, and shelter.
But to be human is to want. More than anything we want to be happy, to feel a sense of inner peace.
Many people pursue what they think they want in an effort to achieve happiness. However, this is often an exercise in futility.
It is good to want, but make sure that you want the right things.
