Boundaries Versus Barriers

Posted on: July 23, 2014

Boundaries are not the same as barriers. A boundary is a limit or a personal space. A barrier is a defense or a form of resistance.

Personal boundaries are a vital part of mental and physical health. But barriers can prevent us from having optimum mental and physical health.

Know what your limits are and know what your resistances are. When you are aware of the difference between the two, you have more balance in your life.

By building your boundaries and overcoming your barriers, you will achieve more life success.
