Listen To Yourself

Any conversation consists of an exchange of thoughts and ideas. And listening is an important skill in effective communication.

Listening is part of interacting with others. When you listen well, you clearly hear what the other person is saying.

Another important element is listening to yourself. Paying attention to what you say, not just to what other people say, is essential to your ability to perform effectively.

Relating with others is important, but relating with yourself is equally vital.
