Work Longer, Accomplish More, Take Regular Breaks

You can be more productive and work longer when you take regular breaks between cycles of work. Instead of working continuously through, and pushing yourself too hard, know when to pause and take some time out.

Be realistic about what you can accomplish within an allotted period of time. Know what time of the day and under what circumstances you are most productive.

Find and maintain the balance that works for you. If a particular task is taking a lot of energy, stop for a short while, concentrate on something else, and then get back to the original task.

You will have more energy and be able to think more clearly.
