The Art of Letting Go

Holding on to life experiences is a habit that can create discomfort. If you hold on to the positive experiences, you are constantly comparing them with other experiences. If you hold on to the negative ones, you are blocking your ability to be in and enjoy the moment.

It is healthy to have good memories and worthwhile plans for the future, but great attachment to either of these circumstances holds you back. You have to open the way for new experiences.

This involves creating the space in your thoughts and actions for things to flow. This can be challenging to do at first, but with practice it becomes effortless.
