Managing stress is actually very simple to do. The challenging aspect is putting it into practice.
Part of what causes and perpetuates stress is inaction. You can manage it if you really want to.
The first step is: Awareness. Being aware is knowing the cause of stress and where it is coming from. Once you have awareness, you can take the steps necessary to handle the stress. And those steps are what help you to keep a sense of balance.
There are two kinds of steps to use: 1. General, all-purpose methods and 2. Specific, focused types of methods.
The general all-purpose methods are routinely applied to all stressful situations. The specific, focused methods are applied to more particular situations.
